You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Unforgettable 24 AI provides browser-based tools that use artificial intelligence to generate video and other media from the content you upload. We may add, change, or remove features at any time as we develop and improve the services.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the services you request. Subject to these Terms, you may use the output you generate for personal or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for making sure that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, including the consent of people shown in your photos, and that your use of the services does not violate any law or third-party right.

You agree not to use the services to create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or harmful; to depict real people in misleading or degrading ways, or without their consent; to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the services.

Some features require purchasing credits. Current prices and credit amounts are shown on our pricing page at https://unforgettable24.com. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable, and unused credits may expire as described at the time of purchase.

Unforgettable 24 AI, our logos, and the software, design, and content of the services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding, trademarks, or technology except as necessary to use the services.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that generated output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unforgettable 24 AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
